Before Guinea

Since 2008, when BEFORE began its work in Guinea, the country has seen intense highs and lows. Despite instability and bleak circumstances, BEFORE and its partners did not leave Guinea. In a relatively short time frame, Guinea has seen institutional and social change. Before Guinea-Bissau

As BEFORE’s pilot project, the work in Guinea-Bissau has provided many illuminating lessons. In early 2008, BEFORE hired an independent evaluation consultant from Mary Anderson’s Cambridge-based CDA Collaborative Learning, Inc. to explore the impact BEFORE’s work had on the country.
