In late March 2010, BEFORE presented two papers on Guinea’s Parliament, called the National Assembly, and Supreme Court to Guinean government officials.

Prime Minister Jean-Marie Doré, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Francophone Africa, and members of the Guinea Council on National Transition (CNT) received the documents, saying that the documents were timely and expressing hope that the information would add to the improvement of institutions in Guinea.
