The BEFORE Project recently presented an examination of the Defense and Security Forces of Guinea to the new Prime Minister of Guinea Jean-Marie Dore, his staff and international partners like the United Nations. The examination, which includes a set of recommendations for reform and improvements within the Defense and Security Forces of Guinea, was a part of a National Action Plan for Peace developed by local leaders in May 2009.
